Chicken Marsala, Caprese Salad and Italian Bread

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts flour (for dredging) 1 cup mushrooms, sliced 1 cup marsala wine 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced fresh basil leaves 1/2 cup of evoo 3 tbsp of butter 1 large clove of garlic (minced) salt and pepper to taste 1 loaf Italian bread

Preparation

Coat each chicken breast with with flour, on both sides. Place butter in a skillet. In a skillet, cook chicken until browned, then add mushrooms, garlic and cook until soft. Pour in marsala wine, heavy cream and simmer until sauce reduces. For the Caprese salad, layer tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil; drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.. Serve chicken marsala with the salad and Italian bread.
