Ingredients
6 pork chops 1 inch thick (bone in or boneless) 2 cups Italian flavored bread crumbs 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano grated cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 table spoon salt Pepper to taste 3 tablespoons cut parsley 2 large eggs 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 large lemon
Preparation
Heat olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper. In another bowl add flavored bread crumbs with Parmigiano Reggiano grated cheese, garlic powder in bread crumbs and mix. In a separate bowl scramble 2 eggs & 1/2 cup water and beat in a large bowl. Place pork chop into egg mixture then dip into flavored bread crumbs. Cook pork chops in heated oil on both sides. Cover the pot and fry the pork chops about 10 minutes, 4-5 minutes on each side, turning over once. Garnish with fresh parsley, place on each pork chop a thin slice of lemon. Squeeze fresh lemon over the pork chops. Ready to serve.
