Ingredients

1 lb of Tubettini Pasta 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1) 15 oz. can of Cannellini Beans, drained 2 tablespoons Oregano 3 cloves of garlic crushed (1) 6 oz can Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or a pinch (optional) Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Boil the pasta while preparing the sauce. In a small pot, pour olive oil and sauté garlic and garlic powder, salt & pepper lightly for 2 -3 min on low heat. Pour the tomato sauce in the small pot and a pinch of red pepper (optional), garlic powder. Cover and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes. When pasta is complete, add cannellini beans, partially drain the pasta leaving enough water to cover the pasta and pour the tomato sauce into the pasta pot. Add the remaining oregano. Stir, cover the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes. Put into a large bow and serve.
